What you learn: Designing with Revit

Prerequisite: Design aptitude. Fundamental working knowledge of the Windows environment, Revit I, II or instructor approval. Construction Industry design and drafting experience required.

Course Description: We are currently developing our Revit 3. Right now, here's our current take on the development of Revit 3.

All too often the "boss" wants to design with a 3D program, but isn't really into computers but really needs to adapt his or her professional talents to adapt to how their staff develops construction documents. In Revit 3, we teach you how to design using Revit as a design tool. You can do your "fun architectural thing," and then pass your designs on to your staff for them to use Revit (and/or AutoCAD) to develop your construction documents. Well, here's the place and here's the class to make that good stuff happen.

Course Projects: Some things which are totally awesome..

Grading: Class participants will receive a grade for their contributions to the class. There will be quizzes and tests to ensure that class participants fully understand the topics being presented.

Open labs: Open labs are available for use in completing homework assignments and for additional "practice time" by the class participants. There is an additional cost for using open labs. Please contact us to receive that information.
